Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for representing Crown's Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics
- Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown's CRM solution
- Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown's CRM solution
- Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and
- Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area.
- Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers.
- Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk.
- Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks.
- Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown's CRM solution.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience is required.
- Strong communication, computer and organizational skills
- Occasional Travel (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development or related field
- Experience in writing and communicating technical processes and configuration documents
- SAP Hybris programming, development knowledge, and experience
- Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer-C4C), SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and SAP Analytics Cloud
This position is a hybrid role. A reasonable commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.
