As a Process Improvement Associate II at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in transforming organizational decision-making through advanced data analysis and visualization. Your expertise in data management, dashboard creation, and analytics tools will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights and supporting business strategies. You will collaborate with senior leaders to understand data needs, design and build interactive dashboards, and optimize reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency. Your work will require initiative and judgment to resolve data challenges and propose strategic improvements. You will analyze complex datasets, craft compelling visual narratives, and work with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with project team members to gather requirements, interview stakeholders, and develop data-driven frameworks and insights to support key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design, build, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools, enhancing operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Utilize Alteryx and/or Power Automate to streamline data workflows, automate processes, and ensure efficient data integration across platforms.
  • Assist in analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights, supporting strategic business objectives.
  • Craft compelling visual narratives and presentations in PowerPoint to effectively communicate analytics findings and influence organizational change.
  • Lead one or more analytics workstreams, demonstrating leadership through influence and fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement reporting solutions in SharePoint and Power Apps, focusing on accessibility, user experience, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics and reporting initiatives are aligned with business strategy, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.
  • Own BAU reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency, while proactively identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Finance; advanced degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, dashboard creation, business intelligence, or process automation within a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational issues, with strong client management and executive-level communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reporting and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Technical skills related to data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, SAS) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a large corporate environment.
