Key Responsibilities
Manage engineers in utilizing techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and new technologies and apply them to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on extremely complex systems for entire range of products for division
Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for an entire range of products for the division
Ensures effective product/technology demonstrations
Manages experimental tests, evaluates results and escalates critical technology issues to management
Determines product process specifications and equipment strengths, weakness and area of developmental opportunity
Leads collaboration efforts with executive managers and junior managers to ensure strategic execution
Leads market share improvement efforts

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
