The Opportunity: 
Process Engineering Manager.
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Process Engineering Manager to lead our Process Engineering team and elevate manufacturing performance to the next level. In this high-visibility role, you’ll directly manage and develop a team of four process engineers while driving improvements in productivity, quality, capacity, and safety.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the plant’s operational and strategic direction, using advanced manufacturing technologies to support new product and material development. If you thrive on solving complex problems, leading teams, and seeing your ideas come to life on the production floor—this role was built for you.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead process engineering initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data, best practices, and structured problem-solving.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute projects using strong project management discipline.
  • Champion a culture of safety, health, and environmental excellence.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and maintain annual capital plans and oversee capital project execution.
  • Establish and maintain process standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
 
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and engineering leadership.
  • A proven track record of leading projects and delivering measurable results.
