Job Description/Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily Processing Department operations through inventory tracking, reporting, regulatory documentation, and data management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to keep operations running smoothly and accurately. This role works closely with multiple departments to support inventory control, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory, production, and government records to ensure accuracy and compliance with TTB, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards
  • Complete and process reports, shipment documentation, work orders, and system transactions within JDE and other manufacturing systems
  • Analyze data, identify reporting or inventory discrepancies, and take corrective action to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, inventory control, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve communication, support department goals, and contribute to a positive team environment
Scheduled Shift: Monday through Friday; 3:00pm-11:00pm
Qualifications/Requirements
Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing, production coordination, inventory, or clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • Experience working with manufacturing software such as ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, or JDE systems
  • Experience supporting inventory control, regulatory reporting, or continuous improvement initiatives
