Position Summary
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability while reducing waste. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and measure results using business analysis, process improvement, and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Document workflows, procedures, and process changes.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with implementation, training, and change management activities.
  • Monitor results and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to leadership.
  • Flexible to travel to site locations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Prior CRM experience Salesforce preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a branch-office or multi-location environment preferred.
