Job description

Role Highlights:

  • Participate in fit-gap analysis and process modeling/standardization.
  • Develop business requirements and user stories.
  • Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR) across Development, Stage, and Production environments.
  • Support validation activities (IQ/OQ), documentation, HyperCare, and Go-Live.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PharmaSuite MES issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site SMEs.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with PharmaSuite MES.
  • Experience troubleshooting PharmaSuite MES issues.
  • Knowledge of IT Lifecycle Management, ISA-95 (S95), and IT business processes.
  • Experience creating IQ/OQ validation documents.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
