Job description

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role supports daily operations by coordinating orders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient and accurate business processes.
*Must be located in Florida*
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all operations activities to ensure high-quality orders processing.
  • Coordinates orders coming from the sales department and converts them in purchase orders to vendors.
  • Controls the costs and margins of all sales orders.
  • Maintain an open communication channel with the sales department to follow up and update on the progress of orders.
  • Communicates with vendors to ensure the correct processing of all purchase orders.
  • Attend new vendor orders procedures trainings and updates on the existing ones.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in any other activity that could contribute to the person's professional growth.
  • Analyze Real Costs Monthly Reports.
  • Analyze End of Month Inventory Report and work with the sales team and Operations Regional Manager in ensuring the organization has the right amount of stock to meet customer needs and also to avoid overstocking.
  • Organize meetings with the Operation Specialists.
  • Coordinate software invoicing.
  • Request RMA and be up to date with RMA policies and procedures of all our vendors.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Business Administration, or a related field. (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, Purchasing, Order Management, or Administration. (Preferably)
  • Experience supervising and managing personnel. (Required)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Required)
  • Advanced Spanish and English proficiency. (Required)
