Job description

Senior Process Automation & Innovation Analyst IntePros is partnering with an innovation-focused team is looking for a seasoned Process Automation & Innovation Analyst to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across organizational processes. You'll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology-leveraging Six Sigma expertise, process modeling, and tool proficiency to transform workflow and operational efficiency in a residential-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Process Discovery & Automation Strategy
    • Analyze cross-functional processes (HR, operations, finance, etc.) to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
    • Use Six Sigma methods (DMAIC, rootcause analysis, FMEA) to lead continuous improvement initiatives
    • Develop automation roadmaps that align to business objectives, integrating automation tools or platforms where applicable.
  • Process Modeling & Tool Expertise
    • Build and maintain process maps and operational models using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent diagramming software
    • Translate complex workflows into actionable process designs and automation-ready frameworks.
  • Leadership in Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement
    • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt preferred) to guide project execution-facilitating Kaizen events, driving metrics, and ensuring sustainable improvement outcomes
    • Mentor and train cross-functional teams on process improvement tools and change management techniques.
  • Onsite Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Attend onsite sessions a minimum of three days per week to work closely with business teams, understand operational nuances, and facilitate change in-person.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to prioritize automation initiatives and manage delivery across functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 7 years of experience in process improvement or automation strategy roles, ideally within construction, engineering, or residential development.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred; Master Black Belt or Green Belt acceptable).
  • Proficiency with process-mapping tools (Visio or similar), and familiarity with automation platforms or business process management tools c
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of training and influencing at all levels.
