Collaborating with business experts and technical teams, you will assist in identifying, applying, and refining AI and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to achieve impactful business results.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Customer Care SMEs, technical teams, and Enterprise AI/RPA support groups to identify and support automation opportunities.

  • Assist with detailing business processes and requirements to help deliver AI and RPA solutions that streamline operations.

  • Coordinate and support business testing activities, deployment efforts, and post-implementation improvements.

  • Monitor automation performance, track important measurements, and document opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Help troubleshoot solution issues and work with internal and external partners to support timely resolution.

  • Ensure automation initiatives align with customer experience objectives, business needs, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate project updates and collaborate with collaborators throughout the automation lifecycle to maintain alignment on goals and priorities.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree or technical diploma with limited experience OR a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.

  • Experience supporting process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS).

  • Experience with robotic process automation platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, collaborator engagement, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in RPA technologies or process improvement methodologies.

  • Experience with Oracle CC&B Customer Information System.

  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements impacting utility operations and customer care processes.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled technologies, automation governance, or digital transformation initiatives.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based work environment with a hybrid work option where applicable.

  • Light physical effort and standard visual/sensory demands associated with computer-based work.

  • Occasional travel required across Canada and the United States.

  • Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical resources, vendors, and business partners.

  • This role requires regular in-person attendance to support operational and team collaboration requirements.Full-time remote work is not available for this position.

Physical Requirements encompass but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 20 pounds are required. The role involves reaching above the shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, and standing. Visual ability to see screens, detect color coding, and read fine print is necessary. Hearing ability and the capacity to sit at a computer for long periods are also required.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) encompass, but are not limited to:

Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral or written instructions. Understand complex problems and explore alternative solutions collaboratively. Coordinate thoughts and ideas into clear terminology. Prioritize and coordinate work schedules short-term. Make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor effects beyond it. Follow basic instructions and guidelines. Complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports. Communicate with individuals by telephone.

Salary:
  • Ranges from $55,800 - $72,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
