Job description

As a Sr. Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes across metallization and magnet production. You will drive efficiency, quality, and scalability while introducing advanced manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement statistical process control, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and control plans.
