·         Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing and molding processes to enhance efficiency and product quality

·         Develop and optimize Liquid Injection Molded products and processes across four manufacturing plants

·         Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions to improve overall performance

·         Identify and execute cost reduction strategies across multiple facilities

·         Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate quality standards and streamline operations

Key Requirements 

·         Demonstrated experience with Liquid Injection Molding processes

·         BS Degree preferred (AS/BS Engineering considered)

·         Plastics/Rubbers background
