This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology and working directly with users to implement practical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and improve business processes across Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and IT to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Design, develop, and support automated workflows and system integrations that streamline order processing and reduce manual effort
  • Automate transaction and order intake into Odoo ERP from multiple sources, including email, PDF, CSV, Excel, EDI, APIs, customer portals, and eCommerce platforms
  • Partner with Finance to automate invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, reporting, and other month-end activities
  • Support customer, vendor, and trading partner onboarding, including EDI setup, integrations, and implementation of standardized processes

  • Experience with Python scripting, APIs, data transformation, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or business applications

Preferred

  • Odoo, Shopify, SPS Commerce, SAP, HubSpot, or Microsoft 365 experience
  • EDI transactions and trading partner onboarding
  • Power Automate, UiPath, or other RPA platforms
  • AI/OCR document processing experience
  • Familiarity with finance operations and reconciliation processes

What Makes You Successful

  • Curious and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Willingness to utilize Claude or other AI systems to rapidly develop and prototype solutions
  • Focused on continuous improvement and practical solutions
  • Able to turn business challenges into scalable automation opportunities
Why Join A&D

Join a growing organization where technology drives business improvement. In this role, you'll work across departments to automate processes, integrate systems, and solve operational challenges that have a direct impact on efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
