Job description

BP3 is seeking an Developer with strong experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM Business Process Manager BPM). This role focuses on migrating and rebuilding BAW application

You will work closely with BP3 teammates and client stakeholders to ensure quality, timely completion, and continuous improvement of BAW applications.

The role requires solid application development expertise, sound technical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Key responsibilities IBM BAW Application Development
  • Migration from Legacy Human Services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS)
  • Application development for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
Collaboration
  • Work with teammates on complex or systemic issues
  • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer
Other responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience developing for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
  • Solid understanding of BAW architecture, and troubleshooting approaches
Experience developing and maintaining IBM BAW solutions, including:
  • Process design and implementation
  • Coach and UI development (client-side human services)
