The Materials Process & Flow Engineer will lead and oversee all Materials, Planning, and Logistics (MP&L) functions in support of Magna Steyr MESA operations by designing, implementing, and continuously improving robust, lean logistics processes that meet both internal production demands and external customer requirements. This role is responsible for building, developing, and leading a highperforming MP&L organization across planning, warehousing, and transportation functions, while ensuring logistics operations are costeffective, compliant, reliable, and capable of supporting current production as well as future program launches.

Your Tasks

• Material Control& Production Scheduling

• Develop andmaintaindetailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.

• Ensuretimely, complete, andaccuratedelivery of materials and finished goods to support production and customer satisfaction.

• Warehousing & line side supply& Inventory Management

• Ensure that physical material movements are accurately andtimelyreflected in the ERP systemSAP tomaintaindata integrity and support operational efficiency.

• Ensureaccurateinventory levels through cycle counts and audits.

• Transport Logistics - Oversee inbound and outbound transportation activities, including carrierselectionand performance.

• Logistics Planning & Continuous Improvement - Define material flow, transport routes, and warehouse requirements for new operations.

• Workcrossfunctionalwithmanufacturing engineering, procurement,quality,ITand the customerto alignlogisticsplans with project timelines and technical requirements.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Logistics Supply Chain Management processes and planning

• SAP and basic IT understanding and database knowledge

• Fluent in English

• Data accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automative Manufacturing

• Experience with system implementations or migrations

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Time Management & Organizational skills
