Job Description

This is a full-time role from January to August 2027. You will have to take off an academic term for this role.

As a Process Standardization & Delivery Automation Co-op you will...

  • Support standardization of project delivery practices globally through Visio process flow creation, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel template creation
  • Help design methods to reduce rework and variation through governed reusable content
  • Ensure scalable delivery through application scripting (Python, C#) for automation deployment of Industrial Switches and Virtual Machines
  • Assist with lab hardware setup of PLC's, network switches & virtual machine creation for data centers
  • Help unify deliver guidance through the use of process flows, templates, playbooks and other tools into a single execution model

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • A STEM related degree in progress
  • Interned with Rockwell Automation or met us through an event
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
  • Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with creative solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with and leading others to achieve project goals
  • The ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
