We are seeking a highly experienced Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can design, develop, and implement automation solutions across a wide range of tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identifying automation opportunities, building scalable solutions, and driving efficiency across business and risk processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Desig
• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across business and operational processes
• Design scalable and efficient automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort
• Define automation standards, frameworks, and best practices
Development & Implementation
• Build and deploy automation solutions using multiple tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, scripting, workflow tools)
• Develop end-to-end automation pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and reporting
• Ensure solutions are robust, reusable, and maintainable
Tool Expertise & Integration
• Work across various automation tools such as:
o RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
o Scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
o Low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate)
• Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and data platforms
Optimization & Maintenance
