We are currently seeking an experienced Process Automation Developer to join our Business Process Automation. The Process Automation Developer will be responsible for executing business initiatives, which will automate new or existing processes via a common process execution interface.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with business, technology and operations partners to lead the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions that drive cost efficiencies and enhanced productivity.
  • Analyze business problems, develop technology solutions to these problems and manage solutions through the full development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical insights and encourage best practices and development standards.
  • Design, document, and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with the business to meet their needs.
  • Test project code to ensure it performs as per business requirements.
  • Proactively leverage emerging technologies to simplify processes.
  • Identify and define best practices for implementing automated solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge around the UiPath platform, Microsoft Power Platform, application development, design and analysis methodologies, all within an agile development environment.
  • Proficient in leveraging Copilot Studio and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platforms, to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Proven track record of efficient coding structure & design, including thorough error handling and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly and seamlessly integrate multiple technologies and applications to create a comprehensive solution.
  • Experience within various scripting languages and tools, including PowerShell, Java, Javascript, Python, C#, and SQL. Not required but preferred.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, data sciences, engineering, finance mathematics or a related field and some experience in programming concepts, particularly in the fields of Robotic Process Automation, cognitive learning and machine learning, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Solid organizational skills, ability to prioritize concurrent tasks, shows attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047
