Job description

Business Process Analyst Consultant

The Business Process Analyst reports to the Business Process Manager and partners closely with crossfunctional teams to improve endtoend business processesโ€”driving better business outcomes through greater efficiency and effectiveness. The role supports Clientโ€™ digital transformation and ongoing continuous improvement by gathering, analyzing, and documenting current-state practices; facilitating workshops to clarify needs; and creating proposals and plans to translate ambiguity into clear scope, measurable objectives, and actionable recommendations. This position is onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

ยท       Facilitate business process optimization and reengineering by leading cross-functional process discovery and improvement workshops; developing process proposals; documenting end-to-end processes in BPMN 2.0 (Visio, Mavim); and linking processes to business capabilities, systems, and roles.

ยท       Analyze business processes and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved decisionmaking using data insights from Process Mining tools.

ยท       Drive process collaboration and a processcentric mindset by effectively leveraging the BPM platform (Mavim) and building strong, trustbased relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

ยท       Provide endtoend consulting and change management support, translating highlevel or ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable plans with clear objectives, scope, and success measures.

ยท       Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to leaders and executives, managing stakeholder expectations and guiding initiatives from concept through measurable results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, problemsolving, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Highly refined consultative and facilitation skills for leading crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations, maintain engagement, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Proven capability to define and structure engagements starting from ambiguous or highlevel concepts into measurable, outcomedriven deliverables.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex informationโ€”verbally and through PowerPointโ€”in ways that resonate with business priorities and decisionmakers.
  • Proficiency in working with all levels of business and executive leadership.
  • Practitioner of BPMN standards and tools.
  • Strong selfdirected work habits, exhibiting initiative, creativity, maturity, and professionalism.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product Owner, Senior Analyst and Transformation consulting in-role experience
  • Implementation or enhancement experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Background in supply chain and/or operations a must.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in analysis.
  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher), BPM, CBAP, or PMP.
  • Mavim, ARIS, SAP Signavio, BPM methods and platform experience.
