Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for diagnosing issues and driving solutions? We are seeking a Field Resolution Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving field-reported issues efficiently and accurately.


The Field Resolution Analyst is responsible for reviewing and diagnosing problems reported from job sites while working closely with internal departments to determine the fastest and most cost-effective resolutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain Problem Report (PR) status using Kinetic (ERP)
  • Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites.
  • Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to accurately assess and resolve reported issues.
  • Identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to reported problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all PRs.



Requirements

ย ย Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with commercial metal buildings is recommended.
  • Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Bluebeam is preferred
  • Undergraduate education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
