Job Description

Position Summary:
Bishop's Lodge is seeking a seasonal Pool Butler to support and elevate the poolside guest experience. This outdoor role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. The Pool Butler plays a key role in creating a welcoming arrival experience and ensuring guests are comfortable, attended to, and cared for throughout their time at the pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide a warm, welcoming experience
  • Set up and maintain pool seating, including towels, umbrellas, and lounge areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
  • Assist with distributing towels and maintaining cleanliness and organization of pool amenities
  • Monitor poolside conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Support food and beverage service teams as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, cabanas, and surrounding areas
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
  • Uphold the standards and service culture of Bishop's Lodge
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 25 lbs) as needed
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
