Job SummaryWe are actively looking for an Experienced Cocktail Waitress to join our team. Your duties will involve taking customer orders, offering drink recommendations, and ensuring a clean and inviting bar area, all while upholding a high level of professionalism to encourage guest loyalty. The candidate must be able to work all big events as well as willing and open to work every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night if scheduled. This is a full-time position working 3-5 shifts per week

Shifts Available
  • Full-time (3-5 shifts per week)
  • MUST BE WILLING AND OPEN TO WORK EVERY THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY NIGHT

Qualifications
  • 1- 3 years of previous experience in cocktail serving required in a nightclub/bar setting
  • TABC and Food Handler's certification is required
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverage items.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work nights and weekends are a must
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Collect payment and operate POS system
  • Able to be organized and able to keep up Credit Card receipt and reports
  • Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment.
  • Order, maintain, and restock inventory of supplies
  • Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar and pool room, including cleaning and any other duties required.
