Premiere Airport Lounge Cook, Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club
Pay Rate: $21.00 -$24.00 per hour (based upon experience)
Location: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

Schedule:
  • Open availability preferred.
  • Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Sodexo Live! is seeking a skilled and service-driven Cook to support an elevated culinary experience designed for discerning travelers. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation.
The Chase Sapphire Lounge experience is rooted in thoughtful details, elevated comfort, and premium food offerings. As a Cook, your craftsmanship directly contributes to the atmosphere and experience guests associate with the Sapphire brand.
Your Impact:
As a Cook at the Chase Sapphire Lounge, you play a key role in delivering the culinary standards and hospitality experience that define the lounge.
You will:
  • Execute menu items that reflect the quality, creativity, and sophistication of the Chase Sapphire Lounge brand.
  • Prepare and serve food in an a la carte or open kitchen setting, including grill or specialty stations as assigned.
  • Ensure all dishes meet established standards for taste, freshness, and visual presentation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements.
  • Collaborate with culinary and front of house teams to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience.
  • Support daily kitchen operations including preparation, organization, and inventory awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items requiring both short and longer preparation times.
  • Read food orders or receive verbal instructions and prepare items accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow standardized recipes, production guidelines, and all corporate, federal, and state regulations.
  • Utilize a variety of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques for both small and large batch production.
  • Perform food preparation tasks including washing, peeling, cutting, trimming, and portioning proteins and produce.
  • Taste and evaluate food quality, estimate production needs, and support accurate production planning.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations and equipment in compliance with Sodexo standards.
  • Participate in allergy awareness, food safety, sanitation, and required in-service training.
  • Comply with all Sodexo safety, risk management, and HACCP policies and procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Attend safety meetings, training sessions, and required operational briefings.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2 or more years of related culinary experience preferred.
  • Background in upscale dining, high-volume kitchens, airport lounges, hotels, or premium hospitality environments strongly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and consistent quality.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
  • Team oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
  • Professional presence with a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
