The Project Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) supports the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and ensures alignment with business objectives and adherence to PMO standards.Â
This role reports to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, track risks, and support enterprise reporting while contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.Â
- Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, which includes development of timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met Â
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive stakeholder accountabilityÂ
- Identify project risks and escalate concerns to the Head of PMO with recommended solutionsÂ
- Perform process walkthroughs to identify operational or financial reporting risksÂ
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibilityÂ
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and governance processes
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as Monday.com
- Successfully manages cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships by facilitating effective communication, driving accountability, and maintaining alignment across teams
