BearCom is undergoing a significant technology transformation across its enterprise. The Project Manager will serve as a critical execution partner within the PMO, working directly under the VP of PMO and in close collaboration with the PMO team to drive adoption, process discipline, and reporting excellence across four major workstreams: FieldVue (Celoxis) rollout, CRM Dynamics implementation, and the Executive Metrics & Reporting program. This role combines structured project management with hands-on tool implementation - the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery accountability.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage concurrent project workstreams with clear scope, timelines, milestones, and RAID logs
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with Operations, Sales, IT, Service and Finance
  • Produce executive-ready status reports, presentations, and dashboards with minimal rework
  • Maintain and improve PMO tools, templates, and processes in partnership with the team
  • Ensure data quality in FieldVue/Celoxis and flag discrepancies that impact reporting accuracy
  • Coordinate vendor relationships (Celoxis, Microsoft, CRM) - drafting communications and tracking SLA adherence
  • Support the VP of PMO on ad hoc strategic and analytical requests

Projects:
  • FieldVue (Celoxis) Rollout
    • Drive adoption across all BearCom branch locations, tracking progress by region (North, South, West, Canada)
    • Support technician and scheduler onboarding, training, and change management.
    • Monitor Technician Utilization and flag variance against the target.
    • Partner with other team members on process documentation, reporting templates, and branch-level adoption tracking
  • CRM Dynamics Implementation
    • Coordinate project tasks, stakeholders, and timelines for the MS Dynamics CRM rollout
    • Liaise with Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure configuration aligns with BearCom and Stone Security workflows
    • Track milestones, escalate blockers, and maintain status visibility for executive leadershi
  • Executive Metrics & Reporting
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly cadences)
    • Own the Company Scorecard governance process, including NPS/CSAT tracking across customer accounts.
    • Develop and refine resource utilization trend reports in Power BI and PowerPoint (5-week rolling format, regional breakdowns)
    • Support survey strategy - manage post-support CSAT surveys and synthesize insights for executive review

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in project management with demonstrated delivery of cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Celoxis, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills; ability to build and maintain operational dashboards from raw data
  • Experience managing NPS, CSAT, or similar customer feedback programs
  • Proven ability to produce polished executive deliverables (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with minimal direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • MBA or Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in B2B distribution, 2 ways communications, or managed services environments
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Oracle.
