Job Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world's largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology.

Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling Resistor product lines and maintaining lead times based on current capacities. Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with Production Control Planning and directing the planning of pertinent or assigned products. Assist in creating and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Dale planning team.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor sales and orders and reports for each assigned product line.

  • Coordinate order scheduling, lead times, and capacities for assigned product lines.

  • Balance product loading between multiple plants to optimize resource utilization and efficiency.

  • Work with production team to respond to escalations and expedite requests.

  • Analyze finished goods inventory levels.

  • Oversee and coordinate the completion of various planning projects.

  • Support the workload of the planning team.

What you will bring along:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • College degree or equivalent of 5 years manufacturing planning experience

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and analysis tools to support manufacturing teams.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel and Access applications.
