Schedule: Full Time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday - Friday | 8am-4:30pm

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Sourcing Pipeline Manager, you are in the front line of Vivie’s talent strategy, blending sales, marketing, and recruiting to build pipelines after the need even exists. You’ll proactively identify and engage talent, develop targeted outreach strategies, and position Vivie as an employer of choice. As a Sourcing Pipeline Manager, you will:

  • Build & Manage Talent Pipelines – Proactively source, identify, and nurture candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, creating robust pipelines that support current and future hiring needs across the organization.
  • Drive Sales-Driven Outreach & Engagement – Act as a talent salesperson by developing personalized outreach strategies, engaging passive and active candidates, and converting interest into meaningful connections and hires.
  • Execute Strategic Sourcing & Events – Design and implement targeted sourcing initiatives including email campaigns, social outreach, referrals, community partnerships, and lead-generating events to expand candidate reach and engagement.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally – Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and operational leaders to anticipate hiring needs, align pipeline strategies, and support workforce planning across service lines. Deliver timely, engaging, and professional communication while motivating and influencing teams in a non-leadership capacity to support pipeline success.
  • Leverage Data – Track pipeline activity, analyze conversion metrics, and continuously refine sourcing strategies, messaging, and processes to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

This job also requires:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales with proven success in pipeline development, lead generation, candidate sourcing, or similar work.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies, outreach campaigns, and lead-generating events.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and motive teams without direct leadership authority.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
