NOW HIRING - PIPELINE OPERATORS / TECHNICIANS - MIDLAND, TX

We are currently hiring experienced Pipeline Operators/Technicians for oilfield and midstream operations in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining pipeline systems used to transport water, oil, and produced fluids.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor pipeline pressures, flow rates, and system integrity
  • Perform line checks, pigging, and leak detection
  • Operate valves, pumps, and control systems
  • Respond to alarms and abnormal operating conditions
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and regulatory standards
  • Document operational metrics, incidents, and maintenance activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of pipeline or midstream experience
  • Knowledge of flow systems, pumps, and instrumentation
  • Experience with gathering systems, separation, and processing systems
  • Strong safety awareness and regulatory knowledge
  • Ability to work in remote field conditions
  • Ability to work long hours and overtime as needed
