The Commercial Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by qualifying project leads, making outbound calls to general contractors and architects, logging activities into Salesforce, and working within assigned territory to manage commercial pipeline for multiple product lines.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call on architect and general contractors to qualify projects.
  • Be able to understand plans and specifications for commercial building projects.
  • Work with assigned leads and opportunities to assist sales reps in moving sales process forward.
  • Serve as liaison between sales organization and management.
  • Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge.
  • Actively record data and activities conducted with customers and sales representatives in our contact management software (Salesforce).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills both in person and virtually
  • Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within in a team
  • Comfortable in fast paced environment
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Salesforce experience
  • Basic understanding of building plans and specifications a plus
