Enterprise Sales - Pirtek Savannah / Hilton Head
Uncapped Commission
Location: Must live in the Greater Savannah, GA or Hilton Head, SC area

PIRTEK is looking for a driven, Enterprise Sales Rep who wants to own a territory, grow Tier 1 accounts, and help customers stay up and running
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role
This is for someone who likes being out in the market, calling on customers, building trust, spotting opportunities, and turning service into long-term revenue. You will work directly with manufacturers, contractors, fleets, industrial operations, plants, equipment owners, maintenance leaders, and shop managers who need fast, reliable hydraulic and industrial hose support
What you'll do
  • Hunt for new business across your assigned territory
  • Build and grow commercial accounts
  • Make in-person sales calls every day to contractors, industrial customers, shops, plants, fleets, and equipment operators
  • Identify opportunities for hose replacement, fittings, adapters, preventive maintenance, emergency service, and related solutions
  • Help customers solve uptime problems before they become emergencies
  • Generate repeat business through strong follow-up and reliable service
  • Manage your pipeline, track activity in CRM, and keep opportunities moving
  • Work closely with operations and service technicians to deliver on customer expectations
  • Represent PIRTEK like an owner in the market

  • Prospect, develop, and manage strategic accounts such as port operations, airport support services, marine facilities, equipment dealers, industrial operations, and large fleet customers
  • Position PIRTEK as a critical uptime partner by showing customers how faster hydraulic and industrial hose service can reduce downtime, protect productivity, and keep equipment moving
  • Lead enterprise sales opportunities from first contact through site visits, emergency service wins, pilot programs, vendor approval, and long-term account growth
  • Conduct customer discovery around equipment downtime, repair delays, emergency response needs, repeat hose failures, and preventative maintenance opportunities
  • Work closely with technicians, operations, and leadership to identify customer needs, solve service issues, and turn one-time jobs into recurring business
  • Create and maintain account plans that map key contacts, customer pain points, equipment risks, next steps, and growth opportunities
  • Open doors through phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, in-person visits, jobsite stops, yard visits, and relationship-building with people in the field
  • Track activity and pipeline progress, including contacts made, meetings scheduled, site visits completed, quotes delivered, pilot programs launched, and revenue generated

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in outside sales, industrial sales, account management, equipment sales or similar experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own day
  • Comfort working in industrial, construction, fleet, or equipment environments
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hydraulic and industrial hose applications
  • Ability to use CRM and mobile tools to stay organized
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
