POSITION TITLE: Retail Sales Representative

STATUS: This is a full-time hourly position. Candidatemust be able to work Saturdays.

REPORTS TO: Pilot Shop Manager

OBJECTIVE:Greeting pilot shop customers and providing prompt, friendly and exceptional customer service. Assisting and contributing to sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting pilot shop customers and providing prompt, friendly and exceptional customer service.

Build customer loyalty through service excellence

Provide customers with the necessaryassistance in finding items and suggest additional items.

Maintain store presentation by stocking new inventory, straightening stock displays, stocking all clothing and cleaning selling floor.

Ensure bins are labeled correctly and signage is accurate.

Ensure that daily and weekly sales goals are met.

Be aware of all items in inventory and the basic function of each item.

Advise parts specialists of merchandise needed to ensure we do not run out or low on stock items.

Inform manager of new product information and frequently requested products.

Answer telephone and assist in other store tasks as needed,

Maintain a clean, organized and pleasant department ensuring that all parts and equipment is in good condition and will operate safely.

Assist with inventory counts and actively take responsibility to prevent inventory shortage.

Maintain assigned area of responsibility by proper labeling, restocking and merchandising.

Conduct and communicate in a professional manner with all at all times.

Observe and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Comply with all safety rules wear and use all appropriate safety equipment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma or the equivalent and a minimum of two years experiencein a customerservice retail sales role.
