Job description

Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $128,315 – $198,869 annually

Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to pharmacy staff to ensure efficient pharmacy services, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pharmacy staff, schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Review medication variance and allergy interaction reports and implement corrective actions.
  • Support pharmacy operations including medication order review and IV preparation when needed.
  • Assist with formulary management, inventory systems, and operational projects.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy license or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • 3–4 years of related pharmacy experience.
  • Pharm.D. or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
