Oversee comprehensive pharmacy operations focused on home-based intravenous therapies in a leadership role designed for experienced pharmacy managers. This position, based in Lithonia, GA, offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering safe and effective infusion services within a direct hire setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and orientation programs for pharmacy staff, emphasizing long-term success through comprehensive education and development.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> standards governing sterile compounding and infusion management.
