Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Develop and present customized insurance solutions, including auto, home, and renters insurance, tailored to client needs.

Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products to enhance client coverage.

Manage client renewals, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage, and reinforcing client loyalty.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims efficiently and accurately.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.


Requirements

Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License (Required).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor.

Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.

A genuine passion for helping people and building lasting relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
