Personal Assistant | Los Angeles / San Diego
A high-profile principal is seeking an experienced, polished, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide seamless personal and administrative support. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Location: Candidates should ideally be based in Los Angeles or San Diego. Relocation candidates will be considered, but relocation expenses will be the candidate’s responsibility.
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience, plus health insurance benefits.
Responsibilities
Manage complex personal calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Handle personal and professional correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
Organize gifting, special projects, events, and personal errands.
Coordinate logistics for appearances, meetings, and events, serving as an on-site point of contact when needed.
Manage glam, styling, and creative team scheduling for public appearances.
Process expenses, maintain records, and submit timely expense reports.
Draft correspondence, RSVP management, and thank-you notes on behalf of the principal.
Provide concierge-level support while anticipating the principal’s daily and travel-related needs.
Liaise with household staff, vendors, and internal team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, celebrity, executive, or family office.
