Position:Part-Time, Hybrid Personal Assistant (Live-Out)
Schedule:MondayFriday, approximately 25 hours per week

About the Family

A busy, fully staffed private family based in Washington, DC is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support their day-to-day needs. This is a dynamic household with five children and multiple staff members, requiring someone who can integrate seamlessly into an established team.

The role will begin primarily in-person to allow for onboarding and familiarity with the household, and will transition to a hybrid schedule of approximately 80% remote and 20% in-person.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics
  • Oversee household inventory and track supplies as needed
  • Handle returns, including packing items and coordinating shipments
  • Assist with event and party planning (e.g., ordering cakes, coordinating vendors, organizing details)
  • Conduct online research for a variety of household and personal needs
  • Provide general administrative and personal support to streamline the familys daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with family members and household staff
