Job description

Line of Business: Service & Support Pay Range: $123,660.00 – $164,873.32 Assist and support the Aggregates and Asphalt business in delivering operational performance improvement

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Drive performance improvement across aggregate operations to strengthen key financial and operational results. 

  • Lead implementation of Minimum Operating Practices across assigned sites. 

  • Embed the Aggregates Operating Model and Aggregates Management Handbook into daily operations. 

  • Identify and support operational best practices and new product or process improvement opportunities. 

  • Monitor progress on improvement initiatives and collaborate with site teams to achieve performance goals. 

  • Provide practical, hands-on guidance to optimize production processes. 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications, and/or at least 8 years of experience in the aggregate or allied industry; or an equivalent combination of both, plus at least 4 years in a direct quarry management role. 

  • Ability to optimize processes across drilling, blasting, extraction, hauling, crushing, screening, loadout, maintenance, and site management. 

  • Capability to connect site geology and commercial needs to operational decision-making. 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical recommendations into practical onsite execution. 

  • Knowledge of Aggflow, AggQC, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Motivation and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned Region and occasionally across North America. 

Work Environment 
This role supports multiple aggregate operations and requires regular travel, time in active quarry environments, and close collaboration with onsite operational teams.
