Job Title: SAP Performance Testing & Test Automation Engineer

Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills:
  • 3 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Test Automation.

  • Strong expertise with LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, or equivalent testing tools.

  • Experience designing automation frameworks, test strategies, and performance testing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of performance metrics, defect management, test reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Experience leading test automation initiatives and collaborating with development, infrastructure, DBA, and project teams.

  • Hands-on SAP testing experience with a strong understanding of O2C, P2P, P2C, R2R, RandI, and SCE business processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute automated and performance test scripts.
