Performance Engineer

Ab Ovo is currently looking for a Performance Engineer. Duration: 12 Months Location: Santa Clara

We are looking for CPU Performance engineer. The candidate will participate in implementation and verification of a modern CPU performance model for Huawei's next generation high performance processors. The individual shall be responsible or contribute to the various phase of the performance work. Depending on the actual assignment and skill set, the candidate will focus on one or multiple part of the technical areas below:

  • Feasibility studies and profiling
  • Benchmark and workload analysis
  • CPU / Memory subsystem performance analysis
  • Performance correlation
  • Performance regression and test

Qualifications:

  • Taken related computer architecture courses
  • Strong programming C/C++/scripts
  • Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter, who works well independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Master's Degree or higher preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
