Mission

I am looking for a payroll manager for an environmental company in Laval
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing payroll and maintaining the payroll system (120 to 130 employees);
- Generating year-end documents (T4/T4A/R1 + Wage Report + Summary 1);
- Coordinating with the Human Resources department to ensure the accuracy of employee data;
- Monitoring salary agreements and verifying individual terms and conditions;
- Processing group insurance and group RRSPs;
- Administering the supplemental benefits plan;
- Assisting with the creation of accounting and filing records for each fiscal year;
- Participating in monthly bank and Visa reconciliations;
-Participate in year-end payroll activities and ensure process compliance and adherence to deadlines;
-Participate in the integration, testing, and implementation of improvements, interface updates, and tax updates to the payroll system;
-Perform all other related tasks.

Your profile

Your Profile:
-Knowledge of the accounting cycle as it relates to payroll
-Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, functions)
-Knowledge of and experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
-Knowledge of SAGE 50 software is a plus
