  • Manage the full payroll cycle: processing new hires, departures and other employment-related changes
  • Process payroll every two weeks, ensuring data accuracy for the various provinces of employment across Canada
  • Ensure salary increases are paid and make retroactive payments, where necessary
  • Reconcile remittances to various levels of government or other agencies
  • Carry out payroll reconciliations
  • Provide support to employees at all BBA offices
  • Oversee the weekly time sheet processing in the ERP system
  • Follow up with group insurance and RRSP/DPSP premiums
  • Helpwith year-end preparation and control activities
