Associate Director, Fixed Income Trader
#J-18808-LjbffriA Global Asset Management (iAGAM), a subsidiary of iA Financial Group, seeks an experienced Fixed Income Trader to join a high‑performance team in Montreal, Toronto, or Quebec City.
Responsibilities- Monitor and execute timely and reliable transactions in fixed income and related derivatives, including IRS, X‑CCY, and swaptions.
- Support the trading team with order management and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the investment management team by sharing market insights.
- Coordinate with departments such as accounting, legal, and operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to ensure optimal access to liquidity.
- Assist in the development of junior traders.
- Support improvements in the trade process, including pre‑ and post‑trade analytics and trade‑cost analysis (TCA).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5years of experience trading fixed‑income products and related derivatives.
