Mission

Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee onboarding process in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration into payroll systems.
- Process salary increases approved through Change Requests (CRs), validating information and updating employee records accordingly.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, benefits, and company policies while maintaining a high level of service and confidentiality.
- Perform required adjustments associated with Variable Compensation Review Periods (VCRP), ensuring accuracy of calculations and adherence to established timelines.
- Administer employee leave cases, including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and unpaid leave, ensuring compliance with internal policies, HR guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Manage the administrative and financial aspects of employee terminations, including validating vacation balances, preparing required documentation, and closing employee records within company systems.
- Review and process timesheets, ensuring the accuracy of reported hours, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with managers as necessary.
- Handle ad hoc requests, follow-ups, validations, and inquiries efficiently to support smooth operations and maintain payroll accuracy.

Your profile

Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of successful experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage Pivot Tables.
- Experience working with timesheets is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
