  • Execute Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group's established pastry program with exceptional consistency and attention to detail.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the pastry team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing kitchen culture.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to thoughtfully introduce seasonal desserts and menu enhancements that celebrate Hawaii's exceptional ingredients while maintaining the integrity of the Spago brand.
  • Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, labor efficiency, and production schedules.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Deliver desserts that complete every guest's dining experience with creativity, elegance, and consistency.

What You Bring

  • Experience leading a pastry team in a luxury hotel, Michelin-recognized, or fine dining restaurant.
  • Exceptional technical pastry skills with expertise in plated desserts, breads, viennoiserie, chocolate work, frozen desserts, and classic pastry techniques.
  • A passion for precision and executing recipes to the highest standard while embracing continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to mentor and develop others.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Why Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group?

Joining Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group means becoming part of a team that believes exceptional restaurants are built by exceptional people. We are committed to developing talent, promoting from within, and creating opportunities for our team members to build meaningful, long-term careers.

We offer:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with 30% company match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Dining privileges at participating Wolfgang Puck restaurants
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement across our award-winning restaurant portfolio
  • The opportunity to work alongside some of the hospitality industry's most respected culinary professionals in one of Maui's premier luxury destinations

If you're passionate about craftsmanship, inspired by hospitality, and ready to lead a pastry program that reflects one of the most iconic names in fine dining, we'd love to meet you.
