Role Overview

Analyze and improve business processes, focusing on service parts management, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
  • Lead process improvement initiatives of moderate complexity
  • Resolve business process issues and provide domain expertise
  • Analyze data and metrics to enhance customer experience
  • Manage order fulfillment and service part availability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, engineering, marketing)
  • Maintain stocking metrics and forecast service parts demand

  • Review forecasts and recommend ordering adjustments
