  • Lead discovery calls to assess sponsor needs and present Innovo’s data assets and capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, capability materials, pricing models, and scopes of work.
  • Support or lead contract negotiations (depending on experience level).
  • Maintain and update pipeline metrics in Salesforce or company CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets aligned with the role level and part-time structure.

Strategic Relationship Management (Manager-level candidates)

  • Manage key accounts and long-term sponsor relationships.

  • Represent Innovo at industry meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide thought leadership on real-world evidence and integrated clinical network data use cases.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with Innovo’s Data & Technology Partners, Research Operations, and Site Teams
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.
  • Help refine Innovo’s commercial approach, value proposition, and pitch materials.

Required (All Levels)

  • Understanding of real-world data applications.
  • Familiarity with EMR-derived or clinical data structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization and self-management skills.

Preferred (Manager-Level)

  • 5–7+ years RWD/RWE or data licensing sales experience.
  • Established pharma HEOR/RWE network.
  • Track record of closing mid-to-large-scale data deals.
  • Experience developing commercial growth strategies.

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time: up to 20 hours per week, flexible.
