Job description

Contract & Payment Managerโ€“ Pharma (Hybrid- Lawrenceville, NJ)

We are seeking a Contract & Payment Manager โ€“ Pharma for a global pharmaceutical client.

This position is responsible for providing the day-to-day operational support of documentation, data entry and project coordination of Health Care Professional (HCP) consultant engagements and meetings.

The project specialist is to ensure that the planning and execution of HCP consultant engagements flows timely and accurately through the initiation, planning, execution, close out and payments of the process; and responsible for keeping projects on task and meeting deadlines; keeping all team members updated utilizing system software to ensure all projects are on track.

This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite in Lawrenceville, NJ

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project briefs submitted by US Medical/US Commercial business partners, focusing on HCP information for contracting
  • Manage system integration from project brief into HCP system (Veeva); ensuring HCP info is entered based on FMV/tiered rates
  • Monitor daily activity of HCP contracting within systems
  • Manage HCP tiering โ€“ gather CVs from business partners, submitting CMID requests as needed
  • Effectively collaborate with the Senior Manager, communicating via MS Teams, emails, meetings and systems as needed (i.e. Workfront, Consultant Link, Veeva)
  • Provide real time status updates on HCP activity within Workfront
  • Event closeout process: Partner with the Senior Manager(s) to gather all required documentation for event close out. Upload files within internal SharePoint site which is a collaborative effort between Project Specialist and Senior Manager(s)
  • Finance and budget coordination of purchase order requisitions and processing of invoice payments

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with understanding of KOL/Thought Leader Engagements (can include pharma agency work).
  • 2-4+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficiency with contract management, financial systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to multitask and manage workflows at different stages throughout the day while attending meetings
  • Strong interpersonal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Delivers accurate deadline-driven information to team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in software that must be used independently: Microsoft Office Suite, Ariba, SAP, Veeva Event Management, Icertis, Workfront, SharePoint
  • MS Office Suite including AI tools is required. Veeva and WorkFront is plus.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree required.
