Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations to identify emotional and behavioral issues, leading to tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise to support clients through critical moments and facilitate stabilization.
  • Regularly consult and coordinate with family members and support systems to ensure comprehensive discharge planning and follow-up care.
  • Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly using electronic medical records in adherence to departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
