This position is offered in a fully remote format, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your chosen workspace while maintaining a flexible routine. Through our digital platforms, you will engage in video sessions, telephone consultations, and utilize electronic health records to manage patient information securely and efficiently. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations to identify emotional and behavioral issues, leading to tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise to support clients through critical moments and facilitate stabilization.
• Regularly consult and coordinate with family members and support systems to ensure comprehensive discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly using electronic medical records in adherence to departmental policies.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evolve treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions, always prioritizing the psychosocial needs of clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, improving your therapeutic skills and advancing your clinical practice.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Many clients will also present with complex co-occurring conditions. Your role will require you to employ various therapeutic techniques, emphasizing the healing power of therapy, mindfulness practices, and individualized care strategies that align with each client's unique needs.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in professional counseling, demonstrating a solid clinical foundation.
• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing collaborative treatment plans.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems for effective case documentation and communication.

• Experience in telehealth practices or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with mindfulness-based therapies or cognitive-behavioral approaches can enhance your contributions to our team.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage client interactions virtually.
