Work Environment

This role will be conducted remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing meaningfully to our clients' healing processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional and behavioral challenges, using structured diagnostic tools and interviews.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, implementing solution-focused therapeutic techniques to effectively address anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
  • Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed, offering timely support and resources to clients during critical moments.
  • Communicate and collaborate with family members and support systems to coordinate treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously; maintain accurate and timely clinical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation, in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Work alongside interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and modify treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients who are seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns. Our clinic serves a diverse population, and your ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds will be key to their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing professional counseling services, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning skills, with proficiency in developing personalized interventions based on client assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Profiсient in using technology, including Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records (EHR), and telehealth platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
  • Prior experience in a community health setting is a plus, particularly skills in working with underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention models and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
