• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, which may include utilizing standardized assessment tools and structured interviews.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals of each client.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral therapy across various formats, including individual, couples, and family sessions, utilizing teletherapy platforms to facilitate remote care.
• Maintain meticulous records of clinical interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the organizational policy.
• Engage actively with other members of the healthcare team to create integrated treatment strategies, especially in coordination with ongoing discharge planning and essential follow-up care.
• Support clients through the discharge planning process, ensuring a seamless transition from clinic to community resources, and facilitate care coordination with external providers.
• Stay informed on current best practices and emerging trends in couple and family therapy to enhance therapy effectiveness and contribute to professional development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with a wide ranging demographic, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability to serve clients from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. You'll work with individuals and families facing challenges such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma, all within the supportive framework of community health services.

• Must possess an active state license as an LMFT or an equivalent licensure.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools including electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote communication platforms.
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple cases and treatment plans effectively.

While the minimum requirement is three years of outpatient experience, applicants with additional specialties such as trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ affirming practices, or experience working within multidisciplinary teams are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with community outreach and education will also be viewed favorably.

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
