Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs, which may include utilizing standardized assessment tools and structured interviews.

  • Maintain meticulous records of clinical interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the organizational policy.

The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with a wide ranging demographic, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability to serve clients from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. You'll work with individuals and families facing challenges such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma, all within the supportive framework of community health services.

Qualifications
  • Must possess an active state license as an LMFT or an equivalent licensure.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools including electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote communication platforms.
