Job description

Pharma Product Manager Location: Remote We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead product strategy, discovery, and delivery for software solutions supporting pharma preโ€clinical, clinical, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of industry experience, including direct experience in pharma or in a product management role serving pharma, with a strong understanding of clinical trials or manufacturing processes, regulated environments, and enterprise platforms, operating at the intersection of technology, pharma operations, and compliance. You will help shape products that improve manufacturing efficiency, support regulatory readiness, and deliver measurable business value for life sciences organizations.

Responsibilities Define product strategy and roadmap for software products supporting pharma manufacturing and operations. Lead endโ€toโ€end product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements.

Gather, prioritize, author, and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with geographically distributed crossโ€functional teams across time zones. Ensure solutions align with pharma manufacturing workflows, compliance expectations, and enterprise system integrations (e.g.

ERP, SCADA, LIMS). Partner with stakeholders to support product adoption, training, and release readiness. Track product performance, gather feedback, and use data to guide roadmap decisions.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall industry experience. Experience in pharma, life sciences, or a product management role supporting pharmaโ€related solutions. Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA and MHRA regulations. Experience working with or delivering products in the context of MES, LES, QMS, and CMMS, CTMS, IRT platforms. Handsโ€on experience with product management tools such as Jira and Aha.

Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations and functions. Demonstrated experience building a product from scratch, from ideation to launch. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problemโ€solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering software in regulated environments leveraging AI capabilities. Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS. Familiarity with cloud native software development, validation, audit readiness, and change control processes.
